1. About these Terms
By using Super Bee Services to send a parcel, request a quote, or visit our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Our service
We are an authorised forwarding agent for international courier carriers, including SF Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, City-Link Express and KEX Express. We arrange, on your behalf, the collection, packing, customs declaration and dispatch of parcels via these carriers.
We do not own or operate the delivery aircraft or vehicles — the actual carriage is performed by the carrier you choose, under their own terms and tariffs. We recommend the best carrier for your shipment and act as your point of contact throughout.
3. Your responsibilities
When you ship with us, you confirm that:
- The information you provide (recipient name, address, parcel contents, declared value) is accurate and complete.
- The contents are legal to ship from Malaysia and into the destination country, and do not appear on any prohibited-items list (see FAQ).
- You have the right to ship the items and they do not infringe any third-party rights.
- You will pay any customs duties, taxes or fees levied at the destination, where applicable.
- You understand that misdeclaration may result in customs seizure, fines, or legal consequences — for which you are solely responsible.
4. Prohibited items
You may not ship through us any items that are prohibited by Malaysian law, the destination country's law, or the chosen carrier's restrictions. This includes (but is not limited to) firearms, illegal substances, counterfeit goods, cash, hazardous materials, loose lithium batteries, perishable food, live animals or plants without permits. Refer to our FAQ for the full list.
5. Packing and free packing service
When you ship with us, we provide professional packing at no extra cost. We use suitable packaging materials and pack to the carrier's standard. For fragile, valuable or unusual items, we'll advise you of additional precautions before we ship.
The free packing service is included only when we ship the parcel for you. We do not offer standalone packing as a separate paid service.
6. Pricing and payment
All international shipping rates are subject to the carrier's published tariff and may vary based on weight, dimensions, destination, fuel surcharges, and currency conversion. We will confirm the rate with you before dispatch. Payment is by bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cash is accepted at our office.
We do not charge any markup on top of carrier rates beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Our value lies in carrier comparison, packing, customs assistance and ongoing support.
7. Tracking, delivery times and delays
We will provide you with the carrier's tracking number (airway bill / AWB) once your parcel is dispatched. Estimated transit times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed — they depend on the carrier, route, customs clearance and conditions outside our or the carrier's control.
8. Cancellation and changes
Before pickup: you may cancel or change the shipment without charge by contacting us.
After pickup: cancellation or change may not be possible, and any carrier-imposed fees for recalls or address changes are payable by you.
9. Loss, damage and liability
Once a parcel is in the carrier's possession, it is governed by that carrier's own terms of carriage, including their limits of liability for loss or damage. We will assist you in liaising with the carrier in the event of a problem, but we are not a primary insurer of the goods.
For high-value items, we strongly recommend declaring the full value and exploring the carrier's optional shipment-protection options at the time of booking. Our maximum liability for any matter arising from our service is limited to the value of the fees you paid for that particular shipment, unless otherwise required by Malaysian law.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, pandemics, government action, customs holds, war, strikes, civil unrest, or carrier failures.
11. Intellectual property
The Super Bee Services name, logo, website content, and brand identity are the property of Super Bee Services. You may not reproduce them without our written permission. All other trade marks (SF Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, City-Link, KEX) are the property of their respective owners and are used here under their authorised-agent programmes.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
